• Trouble signing in? Atlas works fully offline with no account - your training is saved on your device. Signing in only adds cloud backup + cross-device sync (a Premium feature). If sign-in fails, email us the email address you used and we will sort it out.
• Lost your data after reinstalling? Free accounts are stored on-device, so deleting the app removes local data. Sign in with Premium to keep an encrypted cloud backup that restores automatically on a new device.

• How the trial works. Every new install gets a 14-day free Premium trial - no credit card required to start. You only pay if you choose to subscribe after the trial.
• What Premium unlocks. Cloud backup + cross-device sync, unlimited saved routines, and the full climb past the free level cap. Pricing is $7.99/month or $49.99/year.
• How to cancel. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel there: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Atlas; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Atlas. Web subscriptions are managed from Profile → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refund requests go through them (reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history). Email us and we will help you through it.

• Atlas is local-first: your workouts live on your device unless you turn on Premium cloud sync. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
• Delete your account or data. You can erase everything yourself from Profile → Settings, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. The deletion is permanent.
