Lifting, gamified.
Push past your max, safely.
Go to failure safely, watch your estimated 1RM climb, and let the coach guide the next push: every rep banks XP your circle can see.
Free 14-day premium trial. No credit card.
The 3D Muscle Map
See exactly what you trained.
A live 3D muscle map of your training: what you hit lights up, what is still recovering fades, and what you have not trained in a while stands out before it becomes a weak point. Drag to rotate, tap a heat zone to see the exact lifts, sets, and weights behind it. The card below is the demo session that painted this map.
Real 3D Weights
Load the bar in 3D.
Bar, dumbbells, machine pin, or custom: every weight input is a live 3D model you load while you log, and the demo below is the same calculator that ships inside the app.
The Progression Engine
Push to failure. Watch your max climb.
Go to failure, safely
Flag the sets you take to your true limit. Failure sets earn a +30% XP bonus, because the rep near your max is the one that moves you.
Watch your e1RM climb
Every hard set feeds your estimated 1RM curve, so getting stronger stops being a feeling and becomes a line you watch rise.
Let the coach call the push
Smart Coach reads your recent sessions and guides the next move: add weight, add reps, or back off and recover.
Free 14-day premium trial. No credit card.
The 100-Level Climb
Every rep banks XP.
Climb 100 levels across ten tiers, Iron to Apex, and unlock 89 badges along the way: every session pays into a rank you can see, not just a number that ticks up.
Shape evolves every level. Material upgrades every 10 levels. From Iron chevron at Lv 1 to prismatic Apex crest at Lv 100.
Your Circle
A circle, not an algorithm.
The people you choose see the work. No algorithm decides who watches you lift.
Follow who you want
Follow the lifters who push you and their level-ups, PRs, and badges show up for you. Your circle of mutuals stays the inner ring.
Positive by design
Reactions are preset hype and comments stay short, moderated, and reportable in one tap. No algorithmic feed, no rage bait, no drive-by strangers.
The work gets seen
Your level-ups, PRs, and badges reach the people you chose, so the days you show up never go unnoticed.
Showing up is easier when someone sees it.

Common Questions
Quick answers.
Is Atlas free?
Yes. Logging workouts, earning XP, and climbing to Level 10 is free forever, along with the 3D muscle map, 4 routines, a training split, and cardio logging. Premium ($7.99/mo or $49.99/yr) lifts the Level 10 ceiling so you can climb to 100, and adds unlimited routines and splits, cloud sync across your devices, GPS cardio, the Smart Coach, body measurements, and the long-range trend charts. New accounts get 14 days of the Premium features to try; the level ceiling itself lifts when you subscribe.
How does the XP and level system work?
Every set earns XP for the muscles that did the work. Volume, rep range, and a failure-set bonus feed the math, and the whole thing is recomputed on our servers within seconds of you finishing, so nobody can inflate their way up. You climb 100 levels across 10 tiers, Iron through Apex, and every muscle carries its own level on the map alongside your overall lifter level. Cardio, yoga, and simply showing up earn too.
Where does cardio fit in?
Cardio is its own session, started from the + Cardio link on your home screen or straight from your watch. Ten activities are supported, including running, cycling, rowing, swimming, HIIT, and yoga. Logging one by hand is free. Premium adds the live timer, plus GPS distance and pace for runs, walks, and rides in the installed app. Cardio earns XP, heats up the muscle map, and keeps your streak alive exactly like a lift does.
Does it work on Apple Watch and Wear OS?
Yes, and both are real standalone apps rather than mirrors. Your wrist knows what lift day it is, logs weight, reps, and failure sets, runs the rest timer, and banks the workout even with no signal. Start on either device and take it over on the other mid-session. One thing worth knowing: your routines reach the watch through cloud sync, which is part of Premium.
Do I need any equipment?
Whatever you train with works. Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, and bodyweight lifts are all in the catalog, with a 3D plate calculator that shows what is actually on the bar and does the math either direction. Bodyweight lifts earn XP too, scored on the load you are really moving.
What does the muscle map actually do?
It is a 3D model of your own training. Every muscle carries its own level and its own recovery clock, so the body you spin shows what you have hit, what has recovered, and what you have been quietly avoiding. Tap any muscle for your top lifts there, its level, and how fresh it is. The map, the recovery model, and your year-end Recap are all free.
Is there a social feed?
Not an algorithmic one. Follow the lifters you choose and their level-ups, PRs, and badges show up in your feed. Follow each other back and you can comment. Reactions are encouragement only, there are no downvotes and no direct messages, and muting, blocking, or reporting takes one tap. New accounts are private by default, and you can always export a share card and post it wherever you like on your own terms.
Where does my data live?
On your device first. Atlas works fully offline, and cloud backup across devices is part of Premium. We never sell personal data and there are no ads anywhere in the app. You can export everything to JSON or CSV from settings at any time, free or paid, and deleting your account removes it from our servers for good.
Cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there, or from the billing portal in settings if you subscribed on the web. You keep Premium until the period you paid for runs out, and every level, badge, and workout you have already earned stays yours.
