The details that matter
How it helps your training.
A training log you can explore.
Rotate the male or female model and select a muscle group to look closer. Atlas connects the body view to your logged training, so you can move from an overview to the lifts associated with a particular area.
Your whole-body level is only part of the story.
Individual muscles have their own XP and levels. The map lets you explore those alongside your overall lifter progression. It can help you notice which areas feature heavily in your log and which have received less attention.
Understand what the colors mean.
The recovery view is a model based on logged activity and elapsed time. It is not a sensor reading, a scan of your body or a measurement of tissue recovery. Use it as context alongside how you feel and the training plan you follow.
Put it to work.
- Log your workout so Atlas can attribute the recorded work to muscles.
- Open Progress and rotate or select the model.
- Switch between lifts, levels and recovery for the selected area.
What is included?
The 3D muscle map and its recovery view are free. Premium expands the surrounding coaching and long-range analytics tools.
A closer look.
Is the model a scan of my body?
No. Atlas uses male and female 3D models to visualize your logged training. Their shape is not a measurement of your physique or body composition.
Does a muscle level measure muscle size or strength?
A muscle level reflects Atlas's XP progression from recorded training. For strength progress, look at the actual lifts, reps and estimated 1RM history alongside it.
