Workout Circle

Some wins feel better shared.

Share workouts with your circle, celebrate your friends' progress and choose how public you want to be. Atlas brings encouragement into the same app where you log the work.

  • Private by default
  • Encouraging reactions
  • Optional workout notifications

The details that matter

How it helps your training.

Give a friend a reason to come back tomorrow.

A reaction after a difficult session. A comment on a new personal record. Circle connects the work you log with the people who want to see you keep going. Share your sessions, follow lifters you choose and celebrate their progress too.

Choose your audience.

New accounts start private. Approve followers for your private posts; adults 18+ can choose a public profile after age verification. Mutual followers form your inner circle and can comment on each other's posts. An adult private account can still appear in people search; privacy settings control access to its posts.

Keep the encouragement on your terms.

Choose from positive workout reactions and opt into notifications for lifters you follow. Mute, block and report controls are available when needed. The goal is camaraderie and another reason to return, not a promise that every interaction will be positive.

Put it to work.

  1. Choose your privacy settings and follow the people you want in your circle.
  2. Share a workout, record or milestone.
  3. React to your friends' sessions and choose whose workout notifications you receive.

What is included?

Circle uses an Atlas account and an internet connection. The same app contains your workout log, progress tools and sharing controls.

A closer look.

Can everyone comment on a workout?

Comments are limited to the post owner and mutual-follow friends. An approved follower who you do not follow back is not automatically a mutual-circle commenter.

Do I have to make my workouts public?

No. Accounts start private, and you approve followers for private posts. Adults 18+ can choose a public profile in settings after age verification if they want to share more broadly.
