The details that matter
How it helps your training.
Make the work feel visible.
A session does not need a new personal record to matter. Atlas awards XP from recorded training, giving your repeated effort a visible progression alongside the weights and reps in your log.
Climb from Iron toward Apex.
The main ladder spans 100 levels across 10 tiers. Your lifter level and individual muscle levels give you different views of that climb. Tier badges change as you progress, while achievements mark milestones across your training.
Keep the game connected to the work.
XP and badges are motivational features, not measures of health, muscle size or athletic rank. Use them as another reason to show up, while your logged lifts and progress charts tell the story of what you performed.
Put it to work.
- Complete and log a workout.
- Review the XP, records and achievements in your session recap.
- Return to your levels and choose the next training milestone.
What is included?
Climbing through Level 10 is free. Paid Premium lifts that ceiling for continued progression. The 14-day trial does not lift the level ceiling, and XP beyond the free cap is not banked for a later upgrade.
A closer look.
Does every level have a different tier?
No. The main climb has 10 tiers, each covering 10 levels: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, Onyx, Crimson, Solar and Apex.
Are levels the same as personal records?
No. Levels track XP progression. Personal records and estimated 1RM history describe your logged lifting performance. Atlas shows both so motivation and training history can work together.
