- Sets, reps and weight
- Reusable routines
- 3D equipment views

The details that matter
How it helps your training.
Keep the details you would otherwise forget.
One more rep at the same weight. A heavier set after a week that felt flat. A workout log gives those changes somewhere to live. In Atlas, record the exercise, weight and reps as you train, then use that history when you return to the lift.
Train with the equipment in front of you.
Choose barbell, dumbbell, machine or manual entry. The 3D equipment view makes the load visible while you log, and the bar controls let you set the bar weight. You enter the work you actually perform; Atlas does not count your reps through a camera.
Give your session a structure.
Save routines for the days you repeat, organize a training split and use the rest timer between sets. Supersets and drop sets are supported in the workout flow, so your record can follow how you train instead of forcing every session into the same pattern.
Put it to work.
- Choose a routine or start your workout.
- Log each set with the weight and reps you completed.
- Review the session, then compare your next workout with your history.
What is included?
Workout logging and up to 4 saved routines are free. Premium adds unlimited routines and splits, cloud sync and Smart Coach.
A closer look.
Is Atlas a workout tracker or a workout program?
Atlas is a workout tracker with tools for routines, progress and coaching suggestions. You can record your own training and repeat the routines you build.
Can I log without a signal?
The workout logger stores training on your device so you can log offline. Online features, including Circle and cloud sync, need a connection; cloud sync is part of Premium.
